Henry V developed custom interactions for this internal event that helped to:
Based on the theme "Link Up," attendees were grouped into teams and guided through 5 activities that encouraged them to work together to find solutions...in a hurry. Teams had 5 minutes to build a free-standing mobile using a box of wire and binder clips, 5 minutes to turn a paper clip into a spinning top, and 3 minutes to make a video that introduced their entire team to the rest of the audience. We also asked them to evaluate themselves at the end of the activities and the evaluations become the basis for discussion on team dynamics the next day.
In addition, Henry V helped to manage all of the content for the two-day event as well as scripting, guiding, and supporting the event Emcee.
