Case Study:
The Challenge:
Over a decade ago after completing the design and production of a substantial number of pull-up banners for the Intel North America Channel Marketing Group, Intel realized it had two significant problems. They did not know where they were going to store the banners, nor how they were going to ship them when the channel resellers needed them again.
The Solution:
Henry V solved both problems. The banners would be stored in our warehouse and Henry V personnel would be assigned to work with the client and users of the banners as well as manage the shipping to and from each event location.
Henry V developed a fulfillment and service infrastructure that is stable, secure and flexible enough to be customized for each client's particular requirement. The infrastructure includes an inventory control data base, warehouse security and dedicated personnel responsible for client/reseller liaison, order administration, warehouse and shipping management, "care and feeding" of the properties, and order management systems that include web-based solutions. This is referred to as the CPP Event Building program.
The Results:
Eliminating these issues for the client proved so beneficial to Intel, that today Henry V manages all of the Channel Group's programs in respect to tradeshow properties and material that the resellers use at events.
The CPP Event Building program, with over 300 resellers, has been managed close to a decade by Henry V and remains one of the top five programs as rated by the resellers. Intel received over 1 million brand exposures in 2005 from this program alone. Because of the great success of this program, Intel in collaboration with Henry V has just introduced a similar program for its broadcast based North American tier of over 10,000 resellers.
This partnership program has been a great success for Intel and continues to grow and expand.
