Intel sought one company to turn to for their largest channel event, the Intel Solutions Summit. Henry V met the challenge head on.
The Challenge:
Introduce Intel's new brand and messaging to their channel audience. Comprehensively plan the entire event from beginning to end, and knock their socks off.
The Solution:
Henry V created the theme of 'No Boundaries' to motivate attendees to imagine the possibilities Intel helps create. We carried this theme throughout the event, from the initial email invitations all the way to the breakout presentations on-site. Our production team worked closely with Intel to manage every facet of the event. We developed a dramatic five-screen-wide stage to fill the room with Intel-inspired imagery. We sat the audience down, dimmed the lights, and rocked the room with an anthem video and set the tone for three days of technolust. And to cap it all off, we brough in John Cleese, for an inspirational awards ceremony.
The Results:
In three short months we developed more than ten videos, hundreds of presentation animations and slides, a networking website, several new tradeshow booths, hundreds of print collateral pieces and so much more. We created "a very positive buzz" throughout the event.
