Case Study:
adidas Nations is a grassroots basketball program designed to emphasize and focus on adidas’ core belief that real success in the game of basketball comes from playing as a team. Lasting connections among players as well as with the adidas brand are made at this event every year.
The Challenge:
Once a year adidas hosts the top 150 high school aged players from around the world, along with their family, coaches, international and national press and NBA players, for a packed week of activities. With no common language and swarms of people, Henry V had a giant logistics challenge to provide a positive, impactful event experience for everyone.
The Solution:
Henry V’s on-site team stepped in to handle both on-site production and on-site logistics to insure that event participants didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The Henry V Production Team executed all branding of the four event venues: The workout facility, hotel, team eating room, and players lounge.
The Henry V Logistics Team handled all food and beverage coordination, transportation for the entire week, press and media coverage, hotel rooms for all participants and remained on-site to answer any and all questions.
The Results:
The event provided the world’s best young hoopers with the guidance, advice, and lasting connections they needed to advance their athletic careers, as well as some fantastic press for adidas; including:
