EXHIBITOR Magazine Honors Agency's Tillamook Work
Henry V, a strategic event marketing agency, recently earned a prestigious and unprecedented Corporate EVENT Award for its work with client Tillamook, a premium cheese and dairy product maker. Only five agencies this year won a 2011 Corporate EVENT Award, granted by Minnesota-based Exhibitor Media Group.
The integrated Tillamook experiential marketing initiative won top honors in the Nontradition
al category for combining three unique events with different intended audiences into a single cohesive campaign. Interestingly, judges anticipate adding a new category for similar integrated event campaigns next year.
Each of these events was part of the same annual brand initiative, Loaf Love Tour, and collectively communicated Tillamook’s brand messages to different target customer groups. All three were managed by Henry V and supported elements of the overarching strategic marketing plan for Tillamook. The events included the Loaf Love Tour, a nationwide consumer cheese tasting tour for moms and families; the Grilled Cheese Invitational, a competitive cook-off for culinary aficionados, ‘foodies’ and professional chefs; and a Kroger headquarters event designed to reach important retail grocery distribution network partners.
All three shared the same general goals and successes: Increasing brand awareness, product knowledge and consumer demand to drive increased sales and broader national retail distribution.
EXHIBITOR Magazine featured Henry V's experiential marketing efforts and the entire Tillamook story in the August issue.
Meanwhile, Henry V was recently named to Event Marketer magazine's "It List," a directory of the industry's Top 100 event agencies.
