Comparing trucks against the competition

Henry V recently completed a three-month North American sales tour for Western Star Trucks, a division of Daimler Trucks North America. The goal of the tour was to educate dealership sales representatives – the face of the brand on the showroom floor – about new truck products, features and benefits so the sales force can clearly communicate with customers. Specifically, the tour compares Western Star products with the competition, showing dealership employees how to sell against the competitor's trucks and remove obstacles to sales.
